An ode to the PCM Coolpac inserts
Cooling comfort in a smart package. These PCM Coolpac inserts are designed for the Bodycool Pro Neoprene cooling vest and keep your body temperature stable without wet mess or power consumption. You choose the cooling temperature yourself, from a refreshing 6.5°C to a pleasant 29°C, depending on your activity and environment. They are reusable, reliable, and ready for over 10,000 cooling sessions. Cooled in ice water, a fridge, or a freezer and ready for action. That's smart cooling.
Why this product?
The PCM Coolpac inserts contain a biobased Phase Change Material that melts and solidifies at a fixed temperature. This keeps your cooling vest stable at that temperature, without peaks or dips. Perfect for warm workplaces, intense sports activities, or medical applications. You don't need batteries or active cooling: just a fridge, freezer, or tub of ice water to activate them. After a short preparation, you'll enjoy comfortable cooling for 2 to 2.5 hours. And after that? Simply reactivate and continue.
Instructions for use
Place the inserts in ice water (approx. 20 minutes), a freezer (approx. 40 minutes), or a fridge (approx. 60 minutes) to activate them. Then place them in the pockets of the Bodycool Pro Neoprene cooling vest. The inserts will then remain at temperature for several hours, depending on the variant you use. Please note: after activation directly from the freezer, allow them to acclimatise for 5 minutes for comfort.
