How quickly is my payment processed?
As soon as you’ve paid, your payment is processed straight away. Only 'bank transfer' can take a little longer, usually around 1-2 working days.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you’ll always receive an invoice by email. Can’t find it? Just check your spam folder to be sure. With the payment method 'order on account', the invoice is sent together with the product.

With all our payment methods, your order will arrive just as quickly. Only 'bank transfer' usually takes around 1-2 working days longer.

No. All payment methods are free! So just choose the one you like best.
Pay.nl, what is that?
Through Pay.nl, we manage our payment methods In3, Google Pay and Apple Pay. They make paying easier, faster and more secure.
What is Klarna?
With Klarna, you can pay later as a consumer. You place your order and receive an invoice from Klarna. You can pay this using an iDEAL link or bank transfer. You have 30 days after receiving the invoice to pay it.
Are there conditions for ordering with In3?
The main thing you need to know is that your order must be higher than 100 and lower than 3000. In addition, the billing and delivery address must be a Dutch address and cannot be a PO box. In3 also carries out a credit check.
Can I pay later?
Yes, with Klarna. Klarna sends you an invoice, which you can pay up to 30 days after receiving it. This is easy to do via iDEAL or bank transfer. Klarna also offers a handy app that gives you a clear overview of all your orders.
I ordered with Klarna. Where should I transfer the money to?
You’ll receive an email from Klarna containing a digital payment slip. You can pay it via iDEAL or by bank transfer to Klarna’s account number. So the payment is not made to us.
How long does it take to receive the product if I pay by bank transfer?
Bank transfers take around 1-2 working days on average. Add these days to the delivery times shown on our product page.
What’s the difference between Klarna and ordering on account?
With Klarna, private customers can pay later and pay Klarna. 'Ordering on account' is for businesses only, and you transfer the amount to us. Ordering on account is available for Dutch, Belgian and German customers.

Absolutely. If you
log in, go to my account > my orders > view > pay now.

Just get in touch with us and we’ll make sure you receive a payment link as soon as possible so you can confirm the order. That way, you don’t have to place the order again.
Why doesn’t Klarna pay later appear in the payment options?
It could be that you selected 'collection'. Unfortunately, collection as a delivery method cannot be combined with Klarna. You can have your order delivered to your own address and use Klarna, or choose another payment method.
