2. Time to get collecting


Your part is done; now it’s our turn. We’ll gather and prepare your order as quickly as possible.

We take great care when packing your order. Once the parcel is ready, it’s off to the courier.

 

3. Track your parcel


Yes! Your parcel is on its way. Unfortunately, not by rocket yet (that’s still in development). You’ll receive a track & trace code from us straight away.

With the track & trace code you’ve received, you can always see where your parcel is.

 

4. Ring ring ring


Right, everything’s checked, the driver’s on his way. You can sit back and relax...

Our delivery times
You may see these delivery times listed with our products

The delivery time for a product is always shown below the green shopping basket button. Different products may have different delivery times.

This usually has to do with stock levels. If something is in stock, for example, you’ll see ‘Ordered on working days before 5 pm = delivered the next day’. Is it out of stock? Then the delivery time might be ‘Delivered within 1–2 working days’.

With fast suppliers, it is still possible to deliver quickly even if an item is out of stock. Some products generally have a longer production time if stock is low. Think of office chairs, where the delivery time can be ‘4–6 weeks’.

Frequently Asked Questions

Check whether the courier may have left a note or whether the parcel is not in your letterbox. It is possible that your parcel is with your neighbours or that the courier will try again the next day. Has the courier already made two attempts to deliver the parcel? If so, there is a good chance that the parcel has been delivered to a local collection point. You can check this in the track & trace details. If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible via [email protected].
It always takes a little while for the page with your track & trace details to become active. Parcels go directly from us to a sorting centre and are scanned for the first time on the sorting belt. As we pack in the morning, it can therefore take until the evening before your track & trace is updated.
If you’re not at home, the delivery driver will try to hand the parcel over to one of your neighbours. If they’re not at home either, the driver will leave the parcel at a nearby collection point. You can always see where your parcel has been delivered via track & trace.
Yes, unless you want the parcel delivered extra early, on the same day, or specifically in the evening. The costs for these options are clearly shown when you select the delivery method.
If you’ve made a mistake whilst placing your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Even if you’ve already received the track & trace details, we can still make changes. If the carrier spots the error, they’ll return the parcel to us. Always get in touch if you’ve made a mistake.
On the product page, you can find the delivery time for the product shown under the product title and the ‘Add to basket’ button.
Yes, that’s no problem! You can specify the desired PO box when placing your order under the delivery address.
We work with many different products and suppliers. Products that are out of stock have different delivery times. If we have it in stock in our own warehouse, the following applies: "Ordered before 5.00 pm, dispatched the same day."
We cannot say in advance what time a delivery driver will arrive at your door. Keep a close eye on the track & trace page, where a time slot will be displayed indicating when the delivery driver is expected to arrive
If you place your order before 5 pm on Monday to Friday and the product is in stock, it will be dispatched the same day! Please note that if you pay by bank transfer, processing your order may take an extra day.
Please check the delivery address you’ve entered again. Some delivery options use a database of addresses. If you enter an invalid address, the system won’t be able to load any delivery methods. If the address is correct and you still can’t select home delivery or collection, please get in touch with us.

It may be that a product is not in stock in our warehouse. To ensure we serve you as quickly as possible, we instruct the supplier to send the product directly to you. As a result, a different carrier may deliver your product. Additionally, some products are too large to be delivered via standard methods; in that case, a freight carrier will deliver the order.

First, check your track & trace for the most up-to-date status. If you haven’t seen an update for 2 working days, or if the expected delivery date has passed, please contact us via chat, phone or email. We’ll look into it for you straight away.

Please note: some carriers have a longer minimum waiting period before we can initiate an official investigation (missing parcel investigation).

Have you made a mistake? Please let us know as soon as possible. In most cases, we can still make changes until 4 pm on the day of ordering, provided your order has not yet been processed or handed over to the carrier.

Have you already received a track & trace update? In that case, changes may still be possible, but this depends on the status with the carrier.

That varies by country and carrier. You can see the current delivery date and any options (such as a collection point or specific delivery times) during checkout and in your tracking details.

Some products are too large or too heavy for standard parcel post. In that case, we deliver via a freight carrier. Usually, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery appointment.

We usually deliver to your door. Exception: for products with delivery and assembly (such as some desks), the terms and conditions of that delivery service apply.

That’s a shame! Please report this within 24 hours of receipt, so we can help you as quickly as possible. Take photos of the packaging and the product and send them to us.

We’ll find a suitable solution straight away (e.g. sending a replacement part, exchanging the item or arranging a return).

Yes, that’s possible. Sometimes we split an order into multiple shipments to ensure delivery as quickly as possible. This may mean that part of the order is sent from our warehouse and another part directly from the supplier or manufacturer.

You will (usually) receive a separate track & trace number for each shipment.
