Registering your return
These are the fastest ways

There are several ways to register your return. These methods ensure your return is processed fastest:

Free returns are not free

Free returns are a service we have offered for a very long time and are proud of. It gives you more certainty and the flexibility to make a wrong purchase. Even if it's not used, we hear it's greatly appreciated.

Because returns are not free for us, we do our best in various ways to keep the number low. With clear information on the website, advice via chat (hi Jesse), a phone that is answered almost immediately, and always a quick response via email. Do you want to help us, and thereby yourself, to do even better? You can read how below!

  • Ask us for advice - The right choice is made even faster and easier
  • Order and return multiple products at once - Don't make it a "Return Tour" with 10 stages.
  • Write a product review - We sometimes miss a piece of information, but being as sharp as you are, you have a lot to say about it. Write a product review and also have a chance to win an Ergowerken voucher worth €100,-

Steps for your return
The complete picture in 8 steps

 

1. Register!


Register your return in the way you prefer.

You can use the returns form, send an email, chat, call (0762600207) or request a return via your account.

On weekdays, you will receive a message within 24 hours.

 

2. Pack it up


Pack your product neatly and double-check if it's complete. We prefer it in its original packaging.

Place the packaging in an outer box and fill it well, so the product is properly protected and guaranteed to arrive safely.

 

3. Attach the label


You will always receive your pre-paid return label by email. Dutch customers receive a free label, Belgian customers pay €6.95 including VAT.

With the label, you will also receive clear return instructions. For example, we ask you to stick the label on the longest side of the box.

 

4. Collection or drop-off


Head to the nearest parcel point.

You can return your parcel for free within 14 days of receiving the label.

 

5. Your parcel is on its way back


Within the Netherlands, your parcel will take approximately 1-2 working days. Returns from Belgium take about 2-3 days.

We usually receive parcels in the afternoon. As soon as they arrive, we get straight to work on them.

 

6. Product inspection


We will process your return as soon as possible. We check its functions and ensure it's still in top condition.

We always aim to inspect the product within 2-3 working days of receipt. We will then contact you.

 

7. Alternative or refund


You returned your purchase because you weren't entirely satisfied with it. Perhaps it was the wrong size or you simply didn't like the product.

The choice is now yours. Would you like an alternative, or would you prefer your money back?

 

8. Return successful!


Your return has been completed, and we hope we have helped you to your satisfaction.

Points to note because nobody likes surprises

  •  For a free return from the Netherlands, your parcel must be a maximum of 175x78x58 cm and under 30 kg.
  •  For a return label from Belgium, you pay €6.95 including VAT. Your parcel may be a maximum of 175x78x58 cm.
  •  Pay close attention to signs of use. If present, we will credit a maximum of 50% of the purchase amount.
  •  If a product is returned soiled, cleaning costs may be charged.
  •  Cooling clothing may be tried on, however, the right of return expires after activating the cooling function.
  •  Have you unnecessarily damaged a product packaging or lost it? Then we will credit a maximum of 75% of the purchase amount.
  •  Ensure your product is complete and placed in the box in the same way you received it.
  •  You can request 1 return label per order.
  •  In the presence of a defect caused by use, the costs for repair will be charged.
  •  You have 14 days after receiving your free return label to return the product. After 14 days, we ask you to do this at your own expense.
  •  For businesses - A maximum of 1 item per product type can be returned. Do you want to order larger quantities but are unsure? Then order 1 first to test it among colleagues/customers.

Tips to keep your product in good condition during the cooling-off period
This ensures your return is processed quickly

 

1. Do not use your purchase intensively for 90 days


You may try out an item to assess it, but not use it. This gives you 90 days (30 for seating furniture) to receive, unpack, and carefully try out your purchase. If you're a bit quicker, you'll have looooads of days to think it over properly; if you're less rushed, you can take your time.

 

2. Give the product your very best care


To keep the product 100%, it's wise to give it that little bit of extra love when it's out of the box. This prevents scratches or other damage and makes returning it a lot easier :-).

 

3. Store your purchase in the box


Most product packaging is specifically designed for the product it contains. It is therefore the ideal place to store your purchase during the cooling-off period. An additional advantage is that you will always keep the product complete this way.

 

4. Precautions for sensitive products


Mice and keyboards are products that are more susceptible to damage than others. When using them, make sure to take off your rings and bracelets, and preferably do not use hand cream. These can sometimes affect the coating.

 

When will a return not be approved?


We cannot accept an incomplete or damaged product for a 100% refund. For example, an armrest without the corresponding desk clamp is incomplete. Scratches on the underside of a mouse are considered a damaged product.

No, you don't. You can print the label with a normal printer and, for example, stick it on the box with some transparent tape.
Yes, please. Product packaging is not designed to be transported unprotected. You significantly reduce the chance of damage during transport with an outer box, thereby increasing the likelihood of a successful return.
Please contact us and possibly send a photo to [email protected]. We can often tell remotely whether the product will be approved or not.
A cooling-off period gives you the opportunity to carefully inspect and try out the product. We do not recommend 90 days of use, as the chance of signs of use is very high then.
Damaged or missing packaging makes the product unsellable for us. We would have to check if a new box is available, order it, and repack the product.
If you can only open the product by cutting or tearing the packaging, then that is your right. In the case of a return, we will then simply refund 100% of the purchase amount.
You always have a 90-day cooling-off period. If you decide to return the product within those 90 days, we will provide you with a return label. Once you receive this label, you have a maximum of 14 days to use it. If you still have the product after those 14 days and are still within the 90-day cooling-off period? Then we ask you to return the product at your own expense.
