Free returns is a service we’ve been offering for a very long time and one we’re proud of. It gives you more peace of mind and the flexibility to make the odd wrong purchase. Even if it isn’t used, we hear that it’s hugely appreciated.
Because returns aren’t free for us, we do our best in all sorts of ways to keep the number low. With clear information on the website, advice via chat (hi Jesse), a phone line that’s answered almost immediately, and always a quick reply via email. - Order and return multiple products in one go – don’t turn it into a 10-stage Tour de Retour.
- Write a product review – We sometimes miss a bit of information, but sharp as you are, you’ll have plenty to say about it. Write a product review and you’ll also be in with a chance of winning a €100 Ergowerken voucher
