Secretly take off your shoes
Because the Twinco Twin Pro has deep grooves on the support plate that massage your feet throughout your workday. Your head may be tired at the end of the day, but it will at least feel like you're walking on clouds to your car. Nice, right!?
Why the Twinco Twin Pro?
The name says it all: This is the showpiece of the Twinco Twin footrests. The combination of height adjustability - three positions - and tiltability is what makes the Pro stand out. In addition, the whole is supported by a robust steel tube construction, making the footrest a sturdy unit.
On the left and right, three slots of different heights are mounted on the tube construction. To adjust the height, simply lift the support plate from its current position and lower it into the desired setting.
What makes a footrest so good?
A footrest is recommended if, when sitting with your feet flat on the floor, you don't have a right angle between your lower and upper legs. A footrest provides height from the floor, thus restoring a natural sitting posture and preventing complaints.
Get the most out of this product
Optimal ergonomic working never comes down to the (correct) use of just one product. Therefore, experiment not only with the different heights of the footrest but also the height of your chair and, if possible, your desk. It is the combination of the three that will optimise your sitting posture.
Don't miss this either
In the first paragraph, there's a joke about how you can wonderfully enjoy the massaging deep grooves without shoes. While this is definitely worth trying, the same grooves also have a functional purpose with shoes on. They provide grip so you can easily tilt the support with your feet and don't slip off.
How high should my footrest be?

- Adjust your chair with both feet flat on the floor
- Let your shoulders and upper arms hang relaxed
- Lightly support your elbow with the armrests
- Measure the difference (X) between the desk and armrests
- This difference (X) is the minimum height of your footrest
