The comfortable Contour wrist rest perfectly complements your Balance keyboard. The rest is finished with synthetic leather and filled with foam, which distributes pressure across your hands and wrists while typing. Thanks to the rest, your wrists and hands are at the ideal height for using the keyboard. This optimises relaxation and prevents injuries.

What makes a wrist rest so good?

A wrist rest helps you work as relaxed as possible so that your muscles don't become overstrained. It prevents you from having to hold your wrists and hands up to type, which causes tension in muscles and joints. Ultimately, your hand, arm, and shoulder also benefit, in addition to your wrist.

Get the most out of this product

The Contour keyboard can be raised and lowered at the front and back using its feet. You can choose a positive tilt, a full tilt, and a negative tilt. For ergonomic reasons, however, we recommend choosing a negative tilt – where the front is higher than the back – as this has the most relaxing effect on the wrist, hand, and fingers.

The Contour Balance keyboard is wide because it features a numeric keypad. This means you have to reach too far for your mouse, which can result in shoulder complaints in the long term.
