Why the Fellowes Energizer™ footrest?
The Fellowes Energizer has a unique design and uses foot reflexology, a pseudoscientific alternative medicine that assumes all organs and body parts are connected to points on the feet. The footpads feature various massaging textures and shapes that target pressure points under the feet for improved energy flow.
The Energizer can be fixed at three different heights using a scissor mechanism: 100, 135, and 165 mm height. Furthermore, the footrest tilts continuously in a rocking motion up to a maximum of 25°.
What makes a footrest so good?
A footrest is recommended if, when sitting with your feet flat on the floor, you don't have a right angle between your lower and upper legs. A footrest provides height from the floor, thus restoring a natural sitting posture and preventing discomfort.
