An ode to the Inuteq Bodycool Pro Neoprene cooling vest
Summer is hot. You stay cool.
Keep your head clear as the temperature rises. The Inuteq Bodycool Pro Neoprene cooling vest is your personal air conditioning, without a plug. No more sweat outbreaks during a busy workday, a walk or in a hot workplace. You put it on, slide in the CoolPacs and *poof*, you stay cool, while everyone else rushes from one air-conditioned spot to another.
Why the Inuteq Bodycool Pro Neoprene cooling vest?
Quiet, smart and super comfortable
No fan noise, no lugging around cords. Just you, a flexible neoprene vest and two cooling compartments. This cooling vest works passively with Inuteq CoolPacs, which you freeze beforehand. Once placed in the vest, they provide long-lasting cooling without getting you wet or restricting your movements. Ideal for heat stress or during exertion in warm conditions.
Please note: CoolPacs required for operation
The cooling vest only works in combination with the Inuteq CoolPacs. These are not included as standard and must be ordered separately. You need two per use. So don't forget to add them to your shopping basket.
What makes this cooling vest so good?
The fit is snug and stretchy. This means the cooling vest fits closely to the body, which optimises the effectiveness of the CoolPacs. At the same time, it is lightweight and feels like a second skin. The front zip allows you to quickly put it on or take it off, even with clammy hands.

How to use it
Freeze the CoolPacs, place them in the vest's pockets, put on the vest and you're ready. Wear it under or over your clothes, whatever works best for you. After use: let it dry, hand wash if necessary, ready for the next round.
Don't miss this either
Combine with extra sets of CoolPacs
Do you want to stay cool longer or use it for multiple sessions in a row? Then order multiple sets of CoolPacs so you can swap them when the first set has reached ambient temperature.
Health and safety
The cooling elements of the Bodycool Pro Neoprene contain INUTEQ-PAC, a plant-based phase change material (PCM) certified as 100% biobased (USDA). According to the safety data sheet, the material is not a hazardous substance or mixture (EU Regulation 1272/2008). It contains no persistent or bioaccumulative components, is insoluble in water and is expected to be biodegradable.
If a cooling element leaks
It is not acutely toxic and no symptoms are known. Rinse skin or eyes that come into contact with the contents with plenty of water and consult a doctor if symptoms persist. If someone swallows the contents, contact a doctor immediately. Stop using a damaged element and dispose of it in line with local waste regulations.
Service life and regulations
The cooling elements of the Bodycool Pro Neoprene are reusable and have been assessed in laboratory testing over 10,000 melt and solidify cycles without loss of performance. With daily use, that amounts to decades. (The published cycle test was carried out on the 21 °C variant; the other temperatures use the same biobased PCM technology.) All Inuteq products comply with the European REACH regulation (1907/2006/EC).

How to store the vest
Storing the vest for a longer period? Preferably keep it activated, in the fridge or freezer. The cooling elements then stay solid and the vest is always ready for immediate use.
If you prefer to store the vest at room temperature, lay it flat. The elements then stay liquid (they only solidify below the activation point of your temperature variant) and may start to “sweat” slightly after a long time, leaving a greasy film on the outside. This advice comes directly from Inuteq. For storage lasting months, the fridge or freezer is therefore the best place.
