Reviews from our customers about their wrist rest

“I was never really into wrist rests, so I was a bit hesitant at first. But this crystal version not only sounds great but is certainly great to use too. On the recommendation of ergowerken, thanks for this super tip, I haven't regretted it for a moment and have even ordered a second one.” - Danielle about her Fellowes Crystals Flex
“A must-have for anyone who spends a lot of time at the computer! A wonderful relief for the wrists, no more stiff wrists or pain. The wrist rest for the keyboard and mouse mat not only offer support and comfort but also a responsible working posture.” - J. R. G. about his Comfort Gel wrist rest

Why do I need a wrist rest?

A wrist rest can do a lot for your body. If you have a slightly higher keyboard but still like to rest your wrists on a surface, you have to bend your hands into an uncomfortable position to reach the keys. The same applies to many mice. The tension that arises from this radiates to your forearm and elbow, and often even to your shoulders.

Another option is to hold your wrists up yourself to keep them in line with your hands. This also causes tension that starts in the shoulders and ends in the hands. RSI-related complaints are then only a matter of time. An ergonomic wrist rest can help you with this. It ensures that you can rest your wrists and still keep them in line with your hands while typing or using a mouse.
