Why the Vluv seating ball?
Vluv seating balls promote an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the seating ball for a maximum of three hours a day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the seating ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes it easier to move the seating ball.
What makes a seating ball so good?
Sitting for long periods can make you drowsy, which negatively impacts your concentration and productivity. A seating ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and promotes blood circulation.
