Why the Vluv exercise ball?
The Vluv exercise balls ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the exercise ball for a maximum of three hours a day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the exercise ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes it easier to move the exercise ball.
