Why the Bachmann STEP BASE pluggable power strip?
With the Bachmann STEP BASE pluggable power strips, you can effortlessly create a complete network of power connections. Thanks to the GST18® input and output, you can easily connect it with so-called pluggable cables. The input and output are designed in such a way that the power strips can be 'clicked' together to form a power strip with more than 5 connections.
The power strip meets the strictest requirements and can easily handle a current of 16A. If you are going to connect multiple power strips, always check what the total load will be.
What makes a pluggable power strip so good?
Easy to install
In addition to the pluggable GST18® connections, the Bachmann is equipped with mounting eyes. This allows you to mount the power strip, for example, under a desk or in a cabinet. Because the mounting holes are somewhat deeper in the housing, it is useful to order a mounting kit.
Connecting
The power strip is supplied as standard with 3, 4 or 5 230V connections. Optionally, you can choose a connection cable with lengths of 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 metres. You can connect the power strips with so-called pluggable cables. Both connection and coupling cables are available.
Don't miss this either
The 230V Schuko (Type F) connections are placed at a 35-degree angle. This ensures that plugs and adapters can be easily placed next to each other. The connections are also equipped with child-friendly closures, so you cannot directly insert a pointed object.
