Why the ErgoPro Basic Comfort office chair?

Sitting for long periods is no problem at all with the Basic Comfort. The adjustability of every component lets you get the most out of the chair. This ErgoPro office chair has a comfortable seat that, alongside its height adjustment, can also be adjusted 6 centimetres in depth thanks to the sliding seat. The backrest can be adjusted in height by hand. Both have a wear-resistant polyester upholstery.

The chair also has weight control, which makes the seat and backrest tilt as a whole. This encourages active sitting. You can fine-tune how smoothly the tilting works with a turn knob. You also have the option to lock the whole assembly at a different angle. The armrests are easy to adjust in height. Adjusting them in width and depth is possible too, but for that you will need an Allen key. The maximum load capacity is 110 kilograms.

Alongside the many standard options the office chair offers, you have the choice to expand the chair to your liking. These can be ticked at the top right of the page. Below we describe each option.

Seat height

In the table alongside you can see which chair suits your seat height. It is best to choose a chair where your seat height matches a low setting of the chair. If your seat height is 485 millimetres, for example, this falls within the range of the standard chair and the high chair. In this case, however, you are better off choosing the high chair because the chair is more stable in a low setting and will therefore last longer.

Comfort seat

The seat of the Basic Comfort can already be called comfortable, but for a little extra seating comfort you can add an extra thick seat to your chair.

Base and gas lift

As standard, the chair has a black plastic base with a black gas lift. You do, however, have the option to replace these with a polished aluminium base with a chrome gas lift. You can also choose a reinforced gas lift. This raises the maximum load capacity to 150 kilograms.

4D armrest pads

The standard armrests are easy to adjust in height but have to be unscrewed to be adjusted in width and depth. With the lockable 4D armrest pads you can slide the support platforms forward, backward or sideways at the push of a button. That way you have extra room to move in the chosen position.
