Why the Ergopro Basic Comfort office chair?

Prolonged sitting is no problem with the Basic Comfort. The adjustability of every component ensures you can make optimal use of the chair. For example, this Ergopro office chair features a comfortable seat that, in addition to its height adjustability, can also be adjusted 6cm in depth thanks to the sliding seat. The backrest can be manually adjusted in height. Both have durable polyester upholstery.

Furthermore, the chair features weight adjustment, which allows the seat and backrest to tilt as a whole. This promotes active sitting. You can fine-tune how smoothly it tilts with a rotary knob. You also have the option to lock the entire unit at a different angle. The armrests are easily adjustable in height. Adjustment in width and depth is also possible, but you will need an Allen key for this. The maximum load capacity is 110 kg.

Seat height

In the table opposite, you can see which chair suits your seat height. It is best to choose a chair where your seat height corresponds to a low setting of the chair. For example, if your seat height is 485 mm, this falls within the range of the standard chair and the high chair. However, in this case, it is better to choose the high chair because the chair is sturdier in a low setting and will therefore last longer.

Comfort seat

The Basic Comfort seat is already comfortable, but for some extra seating comfort, you can add an extra thick seat to your chair.

Base and gas lift

The chair comes standard with a black plastic base and a black gas lift. However, you have the option to replace these with a polished aluminium base and chrome gas lift. Furthermore, you can choose a heavy-duty gas lift. This increases the maximum load capacity to 150 kg.

4D armrest pads

The standard armrests are easily adjustable in height but need to be unscrewed to be adjusted in width and depth. With the lockable 4D armrest pads, you can slide the support platforms forwards, backwards, or sideways with the push of a button. This gives you extra freedom of movement in the chosen position.
