Get the most out of the Ergopro Work

Even with a task chair, it's important to adopt a good sitting posture. You can follow the steps below to quickly achieve a comfortable posture.

1. Ensure your feet can rest flat on the floor, with a knee angle of 90 degrees.
2. Sit well back in the chair.
3. Adjust the seat angle so that your thighs receive adequate support.
4. Then sit against the backrest and adjust it to maintain an active posture. The backrest of the Ergopro Work is slightly pre-formed, so you'll naturally notice when you've positioned it at the correct height.
5. As this chair has no armrests, it's important to adjust the desk height so that your relaxed shoulders and a 90-degree angle between your upper and lower arm allow you to reach the work surface precisely.
6. Ensure that the items you are working with are within easy reach, so you don't have to stretch. Especially with frequently repeated movements, complaints are lurking.

Multifunctional castors

The Ergopro Work task chair comes with multifunctional castors. This means they roll well on both hard and soft surfaces. If the environment does not allow for castors, you can order the optional glides.

Gas lift height

The task chair is supplied with a standard 160 mm gas lift. If you are a bit shorter, it is possible to exchange this for a 140 mm or even an 80 mm gas lift. If your workstation is very high, you would be better off with the high version of the Ergopro Work task chair.

Nylon or aluminium base

Optionally, you can choose a nylon or aluminium base. The nylon variant is more economically advantageous, but the aluminium version is more resistant to knocks.
