- Sit well back in the chair.
- Adjust the seat angle so that your thighs receive adequate support.
- Then sit against the backrest and adjust it so that you have an active posture. The Ergopro Work's backrest is slightly pre-formed, so you'll naturally notice when you've placed it at the correct height.
