Central RSI mouse

Unlike most ergonomic mice, a trackpad is positioned directly in front of you, which is its biggest advantage. Due to its central position, you always operate the mouse within shoulder width. Your shoulders and upper arms, in particular, will be very happy with this. A centred working posture provides a lot of relaxation. Another advantage is the ability to operate the trackpad with both hands. For example, you can control the cursor with your right hand and operate the buttons with your left hand. So, your hands can also take work off each other's, uhm, hands.

We offer a wide range of trackpads. Among them are genuine trackpads, like those found on a laptop. In this category, the Optapad is a fantastic device with many possibilities. Even more popular are the models that work with a rolling bar. The Contour brand, in particular, stands out. Their series offers a lot of choice, including, for example, the Free3, which was developed specifically for laptop users.

A trackpad is suitable for all types of work. Precise work requires a bit more practice, but once you're used to it, you won't know any better and won't want anything else. Precisely because you can navigate with one hand and click with the other, you never encounter the problem of a shifting cursor during the 'click'. This is something that can sometimes happen with a traditional mouse that you have to slide.
