A cold shiver

The Bodycool Smart-X cooling vest provides extra cooling during hotter days. The vest is lightweight and works based on the advanced INUTEQ-DRY technology (more on that later). By staying well-cooled, performance levels improve, allowing you to work comfortably for longer.

Various purposes

The cooling vest uses INUTEQ-DRY technology, which means it doesn't get wet and can easily be worn under regular clothing. This makes it perfect for wearing under a uniform, for example. The vest works optimally in low to medium humidity, and the amount of airflow determines the ultimate cooling effect and the duration of the cooling.

Comfortable

The Bodycool Smart-X is a comfortable and lightweight vest to wear. The vest features a sturdy YKK zip, ensuring it fits snugly to the body. This makes the vest suitable for various activities. The cooling vest is designed to be worn in warm conditions up to 40ºC. A (light) form of airflow is necessary for cooling.

Different layers

The cooling vest consists of 3 different layers. This way, the water can be properly distributed throughout the cooling vest. The outer layer is made of 50% Nylon Jersey/50% PU Microban with antibacterial properties. The core is made of cooling fabric and the inner material is also made of nylon.

Get the most out of your Bodycool Smart-X cooling vest

Easy to use

The vest is easy to (re)activate by filling it with tap water via the designated opening at the back. Then distribute the water over the vest with your hands and enjoy immediate cooling. The vest remains dry on both the inside and outside thanks to its unique design. After filling, the vest cools to about 15ºC below ambient temperature. The vest remains active for 8 to 72 hours, depending on conditions such as ambient temperature and humidity.

Machine washable

The Bodycool Smart-X cooling vest can be machine washed at a maximum of 40ºC. Make sure to close the filling cap at the back properly. When machine washing, use a mild detergent to prevent damage to the cooling technology. Is the wash finished? Then hang the vest to dry, and leave your iron or steamer alone.
