The Gymba Active Balance Board ensures a dynamic posture when working standing up. You simply place the board on the floor and then stand on it. Your personal masseur
Feet carry the weight of the entire body. So it's not surprising that sometimes you need to be a little kinder to your feet. The balance board comes with two massage balls in two different hardnesses. Start gradually and choose the soft ball for the first use. Both balls are removable, allowing you to place them anywhere on the board. For a precise massage, use only one ball; for a larger area, use two. For the optimal massage experience, we recommend taking off your shoes.
