Why the Vluv sitting ball?
The Vluv sitting balls ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the sitting ball for a maximum of three hours a day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the sitting ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side facilitates moving the sitting ball.
What makes a sitting ball so good?
Sitting for long periods can make you sleepy, which negatively affects your concentration and productivity. A sitting ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and promotes blood circulation.
