Adjust your chair correctly

1. Place both feet flat on the floor and sit at the back of the chair
2. Adjust the height so that your lower and upper legs form a 90-degree angle
3. Then adjust the seat depth so that you have approximately a fist's width between your knee pit and the edge of the seat
4. Place the lumbar support at the height of your belt
5. Next, we can adjust the armrests. Keep your arm at an angle of +/- 90 degrees and ensure that the armrests just touch the underside of your arm.
6. Adjust the width of the armrests so that you can keep your upper arms against your torso
7. Slide your chair to your desk and then adjust the desk to the height of your armrests (not the other way around!)
