Choice overload

With all those different keyboards, sometimes you can't see the wood for the trees. One is compact, another is split. Some are wired and others are wireless. There are keyboards with a QWERTY layout, but also with Dvorak or Colemak. Keys are backlit or not. At Mistel, they thought: “You know what? We'll take all these options and put them into one keyboard!”. Fair play.

Why the Mistel MD770 Bluetooth keyboard?

Split design

The MD770 has a 75% layout. This means the keyboard is narrower than a usual keyboard, which benefits posture. Additionally, the keyboard is split. This allows you to place the parts - one for your left hand and one for your right hand - in the ideal position. The coiled cable connecting the two parts can be stretched up to 60 cm.

Connectivity and programmable

The keyboard can be connected to three devices simultaneously via Bluetooth. Using key combinations, you can easily and quickly switch between different devices. Connection via a USB-A cable is also possible. Furthermore, the keys are programmable. Macros can be added, allowing key combinations to perform specific actions. You can also switch between QWERTY, Colemak, and Dvorak layouts.

Important: the right part of the Mistel contains a switch on the bottom that turns the integrated battery on and off. Therefore, your Bluetooth might disconnect if you have connected it to your device via Bluetooth while wired (for charging) and then pull out the cable. By flipping the switch on the bottom, you turn on the battery and can continue working wirelessly via Bluetooth.

The keyboard features RGB backlighting. You can choose from 10 pre-programmed lighting modes. PLEASE NOTE: when using both the backlighting and the Bluetooth function simultaneously, the battery will last for approximately half an hour. If you turn off the backlighting, it will last up to 60 hours on a single charge.
