The inside features an ergonomically shaped cushion (inlay) made of soft PU foam. The material is permanently elastic and dimensionally stable, and it's extra thick where most pressure occurs for better pressure relief. Also good: it's washable.

Instructions for use

Put on the knee pads while standing. Position them so that the cushion sits neatly below your kneecap when you kneel. Then adjust the straps: firm enough so they don't slip down, but not so tight that they pinch. Walk around for a bit and make a few kneeling movements. If you feel it "pulling" in your hollow of the knee, it's either too high or a strap is too tight.
