You fill it with water, clip it on, and let the airflow do the work. You cool down, and your mood stays intact.
Why the Headcool Helmet?
DRY, so fill instead of submerge
This is the main difference from the Basic. The Headcool Helmet is an INUTEQ-DRY product: you activate it by filling it with water (max. 50 ml). It then cools through evaporation, without you having to walk around with a wet helmet lining. Ideal if you want cooling, but no clammy hassle.
For those who need to perform under a helmet
Construction, industry, motorcycling, security – as long as air can flow past your helmet, this system works best. It can cool up to 15°C below ambient temperature and remains active for 8 to 72 hours, depending on airflow, humidity, and temperature.
What makes this product so good?
Evaporative cooling is simple and smart: water evaporates, and that "costs" heat. It draws that heat from your helmet area. The Headcool Helmet keeps it dry on the inside and outside, but it needs to be able to "sweat out". So no airtight situations, ventilation is preferred.
