Wonderful cooling
The cap's cooling works based on INUTEQ-H2O. This is a cooling technique where you submerge the cap in tap water, and the cooling then occurs through the evaporation of the water.
Put the cap on your head and a (light) airflow will provide a cool breeze on your scalp. Because you submerge the cap, it may feel a bit damp. Do you want a model that stays completely dry? Then choose the Inuteq Smart Zip cap.
What makes the Headcool Power cooling cap so good?
By keeping your head (literally) cool, you can better regulate your temperature in hot conditions. This provides a comfortable feeling, increasing endurance and performance levels. This makes the Smartcool Power extremely suitable for active pursuits.
In addition, a cap naturally provides sun protection. It prevents the wearer's head and face from getting sunburnt.

Immediate cooling
Once you have submerged the cap in tap water, cooling starts immediately. The cooling temperature is approximately 15ºC lower than the ambient temperature.
For optimal cooling, airflow is necessary. The cooling performs optimally in low to medium humidity; for about 2 to 8 hours. Has the cooling worn off? Submerge the cap in water again and you can enjoy wonderful refreshment once more.
Colours and sizes
The cap is available in sizes S/M and L/XL. At the back of the cap, there is an adjustable strap that allows you to adjust the cap to fit. See the size chart on the right side of the page to see which one suits you best. The Headcool Power comes in seven different colour combinations.
Washing instructions
The cap can be machine washed, provided you wash it at a maximum of 40ºC. Use a mild detergent. The cap is not suitable for steaming or ironing. Therefore, let it air dry (hanging if necessary). If the cap is still wet, do not leave it for more than 12 hours in a room without good ventilation. When dry, you can store the cap in a dry and dark place.
