Why the Vluv seating ball?
The Vluv seating balls ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the seating ball for a maximum of three hours per day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the seating ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes it easier to move the seating ball.
What makes a seating ball so good?
Sitting for long periods can make you sleepy, which negatively affects your concentration and productivity. A seating ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and promotes blood circulation. You can inflate the ball yourself with the included pump. Nozzles are also supplied, allowing you to use a bicycle pump or compressor to inflate the seating ball. The very strong, seamless PVC inner ball is protected with a YKK zip.
