The Vluv seating balls and capsules encourage an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates circulation and trains the back, pelvic and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the seating ball for no more than three hours a day, so switch regularly with your desk chair.
Sitting for long periods can make you drowsy, which has a negative effect on your concentration and productivity. A seating ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and encourages circulation. Using a seating ball therefore not only increases your productivity, it also strengthens your muscles.
Please note; the KAPSUL requires some balance, quite a bit more than the BOL by VLUV. Sit down calmly.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the KAPSUL is suitable for daily use. The handle makes it easy to lift with one hand. In the underside of the outer cover sits a metal disc that keeps the seating ball in place. This way it does not roll away and does not tip over when you get up.
Thanks to its slim design, it takes up around 40% less space than VLUV's seating balls. Depending on the size you choose and the amount of air you put in, the seat height is 43 to 48 cm for the medium and 48 to 53 cm for the large. According to the manufacturer, the medium is suitable for users between 150 and 180 cm tall; if you are taller, choose the large.
You can inflate the KAPSUL yourself with the pump included. Nozzles are also supplied so you can use a bicycle pump or compressor to inflate the seating ball. The very strong, seamless PVC inner ball is concealed behind a YKK zip.
The outside of the seating ball is made of 100% polyester, woven in a canvas-like fabric. The outer cover can be washed at 30°. The attractive finish and elegant appearance also make the KAPSUL suitable for the living room. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg.
