Your personal masseur
Feet carry the weight of the entire body. So it's not surprising that you sometimes need to be a little kinder to your feet. Two massage balls are included with the balance board, in two different hardnesses. Start gradually and choose the soft ball for the first use. Both balls are removable, allowing you to place them anywhere on the board. For a precise massage, use only one ball; for a larger area, use two. For the optimal massage experience, we recommend taking off your shoes.
