The Gymba Active Balance Board ensures a dynamic posture for standing work. Simply place the board on the floor with the rounded side down, then stand on it. By placing both feet symmetrically on the board, you stand just as stably as on a normal surface. Only when you shift your weight from one leg to the other will you notice the board start to rock.
Are you already blessed with a dose of flexibility and coordination? Then you can try a more challenging step; due to the board's flexibility, you can create a kind of horizontal rotation. Very versatile
The balance board is not only designed for standing on, but also offers many other possibilities. For example, you can lay it flat on the floor and stretch your back muscles thoroughly by lying on it. All variations are shown in the video on the right side of the page.
Your personal masseur
Feet carry the weight of the entire body. So it's not surprising that sometimes you need to be a little kinder to your feet. The balance board comes with two massage balls in two different hardnesses. Start gradually and choose the soft ball for the first use. Both balls are removable, allowing you to place them anywhere on the board. For a precise massage, use only one ball; for a larger area, use two. For the optimal massage experience, we recommend taking off your shoes.
