Why the Office FB23 desk frame?

Easy to assemble

What makes the Office FB23 desk frame unique is that it's delivered unassembled. This means you can have it in your home tomorrow (if in stock). So, it not only saves you time but also a lot of money! (Always good, but especially in autumn 2022).

You will need to assemble it yourself. But don't worry, even our own content creator Chiara, who is all thumbs, managed it. With a little help from handyman Jesse, that is. Chiara is quite handy, but she had no experience assembling a desk. After carefully reading the manual several times, she managed to assemble the frame in 17 minutes. We did cheat a little by using a cordless drill instead of the supplied Allen key.

Your new sit-stand desk frame

The Office FB23 is an adjustable frame for a sit-stand desk. This is a desk that is height-adjustable; you can sit and stand behind it. Alternating between sitting and standing is important to maintain blood circulation in the body. Additionally, standing burns more calories, and you can stretch your legs every now and then. All of this contributes to a healthier and more active working posture.

What makes the Office FB23 desk frame so good?

The Office FB23 is equipped with two motors integrated into the columns. Using the control panel, you can easily adjust the desk's height from 600mm to 1250mm. You do this by holding down the up/down button.

The control panel also features 4 memory presets. This allows you to set different standard heights. With a single press of a button, the desk moves to the pre-set height. This ensures your sitting and standing heights are always consistent. Convenient if you want to alternate regularly.

Adjusting the desk is almost silent thanks to the quiet motors. These produce a sound of only 43 dB, comparable to the hum of a refrigerator.

Adjustment

A good desk alone isn't enough. You need to adjust it correctly to use it optimally. Your desk is at the right height when you can rest your arms on it at a right angle, and they are just supported. You can read more about how to set up your workstation correctly here.
