3. Adjust the seat angle so that your thighs receive adequate support.
4. Then sit against the backrest and adjust it so that you have an active posture. The Ergopro Work's backrest is slightly pre-formed, so you'll naturally notice when you've placed it at the correct height.
5. As this chair has no armrests, it's important to adjust the height so that with relaxed shoulders and a 90-degree angle between your upper and lower arm, you are precisely at the work surface.
