Get the most out of your Ergopro Control

Comfortable sitting

To work as comfortably as possible, you need to adjust your office chair correctly. By following the steps below, you will always set up your chair properly.

1. Ensure your feet are flat on the floor.
2. Adjust the height of the chair. This is correct when the angle between your upper and lower leg is 90˚ or slightly more. When your hips are slightly higher than your knees, your legs are well supported
3. Sit well back in the chair
4. Adjust the seat depth so that your fist fits between the edge of the seat and the back of your knee.
5. Then sit against the backrest and ensure the lumbar support is at the correct height. This is often just above your belt.
6. Adjust the lumbar support so that it is comfortable and does not push you off your chair.
7. Sit with relaxed shoulders and adjust the armrests so they just support your forearm at a 90-degree angle.
8. Adjust the height of your desk so that the armrests are level with the desk surface.

Foldable armrests

These height-adjustable armrests replace the standard armrests and can easily be folded away when you don't want to use them for a moment or when they are in the way.

On the underside of the foldable armrests there is a small wheel that lets you lock the armrest at the desired angle. A little higher, a little lower, you will have it set in no time.

Lockable 4D arm pads

These arm pads replace the standard pads and are slightly thicker and more comfortable thanks to the softer material used. That is not to say they are silky-soft cushions. They still offer plenty of support.

Epron RV Quick Adjust mechanism

Quite a mouthful, but this mechanism can do just a bit more than the standard, already fairly complete mechanism. The Epron RV comes with the following extras:

• Heavy duty backrest with a load capacity of up to 160 kilograms
• Quick adjust weight regulation - backrest counter-pressure adjustable from 60 - 160 kg in 6 steps
• Backrest can be tilted up to 8 degrees independently of the seat using a rotary knob

Low and high gas lift

This option does not need much explanation: it changes the maximum and minimum seat height of the chair. Ideal for when the users are a bit shorter or taller. Or when the workstation is higher than usual. In the latter case, do make sure the user gets enough support, for example with a footrest.

Coat hanger

This option ensures you don't have to do your rounds in a creased jacket. It is mounted on the back, chrome-plated, and carries your jacket carefully and proudly.
