An ode to the Warm Mat

Nice, a mat like that on your desk. What a wonderfully warm appearance! Ha, get it? "Warm appearance", because the mat emits warmth... Oh, never mind.

Why the De WarmeMat™ desk pad?

The Warme Mat desk pad measures 65 x 45 cm. You simply connect it by plugging it into the socket (only suitable for 230 volts!). The cord has a length of 2 metres and features a button to switch the mat on and off. You can also choose a dimmer/heat regulator so you can set the desired warmth yourself.

The mat features an integrated infrared heating element. The durable synthetic leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth. However, first unplug it from the socket and do not use any cleaning agents. Also, ensure no water gets into the mat.

What makes a desk pad so good?

A desk pad prevents damage to the work surface. Furthermore, it provides a nice, even work surface that is ideal for the keyboard and mouse. In addition, a desk pad gives the workplace a warm appearance.

Currently, September 2022, energy prices are skyrocketing. So it's not surprising if you wonder what it costs to switch on a heated mat. In this document, we have created an overview of the costs per hour and per working day. We have calculated here with a rate of €0.875 per kWh. Should you wish to calculate with a different rate, please use the formula at the bottom of the document.

Also, don't miss this

Never completely cover the product. This can prevent heat from escaping and cause damage to the mat. Ensure the power cord does not kink and unroll it properly when in use. The mat is not foldable.
