Why the Ergopro Basic Plus office chair?

Prolonged sitting is no problem with the Basic Plus. The adjustability of every component ensures you can make optimal use of the chair. For example, this Ergopro office chair features a comfortable polyester seat that, in addition to its height adjustability, can also be adjusted 6cm in depth thanks to the sliding seat. The mesh-covered backrest can be manually adjusted in height.

Furthermore, the chair features a mechanism that allows the seat and backrest to tilt as a whole. The chair thus follows natural body movements. You can fine-tune the smoothness of the tilt with a rotary knob. The armrests are easily adjustable in height, width, and depth. Extra wide adjustment is also possible, but this requires an Allen key. The maximum load capacity is 125 kg.

Seat height

In the table opposite, you can see which chair suits your seat height. It is best to choose a chair where your seat height corresponds to a low setting of the chair. For example, if your seat height is 540 mm, this falls within the range of both the standard chair and the high chair. However, in this case, it is better to choose the high chair because the chair is sturdier in a low setting and will therefore last longer.

Seat

The Basic's seat is already comfortable, but for some extra seating comfort, you can add an extra thick seat to your chair. Furthermore, you can also choose a PVC faux leather or leather seat.

Opposite, you can add a seat tilt adjustment to the mechanism under the seat. This allows you to tilt the seat up to 4°, enabling active sitting.

Armrest clips

The armrests can be adjusted in height, depth, and width at the push of a button. However, if you want to make the armrest wider overall, you need to unscrew and re-screw it. By adding clips, you won't need any tools for this.

Base and gas lift

The chair comes standard with a polished aluminium base and chrome gas lift. However, you have the option to replace these with a black plastic base and black gas lift.
