The EnergyByLight is a biodynamic, human-centric desk lamp that automatically adjusts its intensity and colour temperature to match the natural daylight at your location. The idea behind it is simple: your body is built for daylight. Energy during the day, rest in the evening. This lamp helps support that rhythm, even if your workplace is mostly “office” and little “sun”.
Task light and ambient light in one

Explanation of use
Place, connect, done
You operate the lamp in two ways: via touch buttons on the lamp itself (brightness and colour temperature) or via the EnergyByLight app. With the app, you set the circadian rhythm based on your location, and you can also fine-tune the rhythm. Tip from the manual: place the lamp on the opposite side of your keyboard from where your mouse is. This keeps your workspace clear and the light positioned logically.
Automatically off when you're away
The EnergyByLight has an absence sensor. If no movement is detected for a set period, it automatically switches off. This saves energy, and you no longer have to go back to turn “that lamp” off again.
