Get the most out of your Ergopro Control

Comfortable sitting

To work as comfortably as possible, you need to adjust your office chair correctly. By following the steps below, you will always set up your chair properly.

1. Make sure your feet are flat on the floor.
2. Adjust the height of the chair. It is correct when the angle between your upper and lower leg is 90˚ or slightly higher. When your hips are slightly higher than your knees, your legs are well supported.
3. Sit well back in the chair.
4. Adjust the seat depth so that your fist fits between the edge of the seat and the back of your knee.
5. Then sit against the backrest and ensure the lumbar support is at the correct height. This is often just above your belt.
6. Adjust the lumbar support so that it is comfortable and doesn't push you off your chair.
7. Sit with relaxed shoulders and adjust the armrests so that they just support your forearm at a 90-degree angle.
8. Adjust the height of your desk so that the armrests are level with the desktop.

Foldable armrests

These height-adjustable armrests replace the standard armrests and can be easily folded away when you don't want to use them or if they are in the way.

On the underside of the foldable armrests, there is a wheel that allows you to fix the armrest at a desired angle. A little higher, a little lower, you can adjust it in no time.

Lockable 4D armpads

These armpads replace the standard pads and are slightly thicker and more comfortable due to the use of softer material. It's not that they are silky soft cushions, though. They still offer sufficient support.

Epron RV Quick Adjust mechanism

Quite a mouthful, but this mechanism can do just a little more than the already quite complete standard mechanism. The Epron RV comes with the following extras:

• Heavy-duty backrest loadable up to 160 kilograms
• Quick adjust weight control - backrest counter-pressure adjustable from 60 - 160 kg in 6 steps

Low and high gas lift

This option doesn't need much explanation; it changes the maximum and minimum seat height of the chair. Ideal for when users are a bit shorter or taller, or when the workstation is higher than usual. In the latter case, make sure the user receives sufficient support, for example, with a footrest.

Coat hanger

This option ensures you don't have to do your rounds with a crumpled jacket. It's mounted on the back, is chrome-plated, and carefully and proudly holds your jacket.

Upholstery

The Ergopro Control 24-hour chair is upholstered as standard with black Mirage fabric. This durable fabric is 100% made of Polyester and has a rub count of 100,000 Martindale. Besides standard black, you can choose all sorts of colours. Please note that this will result in a longer delivery time (+/- 8 weeks). In addition to the Mirage fabric, you can also have it upholstered with recycled PET bottles! Not literally, of course, but the fabric is 100% made from recycled PET bottles. Doing your bit for the environment!
