You'll probably buy it for the office, but you'll want to take the Vluv exercise ball everywhere with you. It looks good and fits perfectly in the living room. No more fighting over the comfiest chair, but over who gets to sit on the Vluv exercise ball!
Why this product?
Vluv exercise balls ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the exercise ball for a maximum of three hours per day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the exercise ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring at the bottom prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes it easier to move the exercise ball.
Instructions for use
You can inflate the ball yourself with the included pump. Nozzles are also supplied, allowing you to use a bicycle pump or compressor to inflate the exercise ball. The very strong, seamless PVC inner ball is protected by a YKK zip.
