Activation, easily done

Fill the T-shirt with a total of 250 ml of water at the front and back, distribute the water evenly, and squeeze out any excess. It then provides immediate cooling.

Cooling duration

The cooling duration is between 8 and 72 hours per activation. This depends on temperature, airflow, and humidity.

Health and safety
