Terms and Conditions for Ordering on Account

* After ordering, we carry out a small check, in which we, among other things, verify if the shipping address matches the registered business address as known to the Chamber of Commerce (KVK). We also perform an online verification, checking for the presence of a website (and associated email address used for the order), business premises, and proof of recent activity. If there are insufficient verification options, we may ask for payment to be made in advance (at least once).

Bank Account Verification

If you have ordered from us on account and a signed bank account verification is required for accounts payable administration, this is possible. Please send the request to [email protected] and attach the relevant invoice. Depending on your organisation's requirements, there are 2 verification options:

Signed verification of bank account number by email £10,- excl. VAT
Official bank certificate £70,- excl. VAT

Requesting a verification does not mean that the payment obligation is suspended. Even after requesting verification, the payment term of 30 days from the invoice date remains applicable.
