Why the KAPSUL STOV exercise ball?

The Vluv exercise balls and capsules ensure an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic, and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the exercise ball for a maximum of three hours per day. So, alternate regularly with your office chair.

Sitting for long periods can make you sleepy, which negatively affects your concentration and productivity. An exercise ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and promotes blood circulation. Using an exercise ball therefore not only increases your productivity but also strengthens your muscles.

Please note; the KAPSUL requires some balance, significantly more than the BOL from VLUV. Sit down carefully.

What makes the KAPSUL STOV exercise ball so good?

Thanks to its double-stitched seams, the KAPSUL is suitable for daily use. The handle makes it easy to lift with one hand. A metal disc is located in the bottom of the outer cover, which keeps the exercise ball in place. This prevents it from rolling away or falling over when you stand up.

Due to its slim design, it takes up about 40% less space than VLUV's exercise balls. Depending on the chosen size and the amount of air you put in it, the seat height for the medium is 43 to 48 cm and for the large 48 to 53 cm. According to the manufacturer, the medium is suitable for users with a height between 150 and 180 cm; if you are taller, choose the large.

You can inflate the KAPSUL yourself with the included pump. Nozzles are also supplied, allowing you to use a bicycle pump or compressor to inflate the exercise ball. The very strong, seamless PVC inner ball is protected by a YKK zip.

The exterior of the exercise ball is made of 100% polyester and is woven in a canvas-like fabric. The exterior can be washed at 30°. The beautiful finish and chic appearance also make the KAPSUL suitable for the living room. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg.
