Why the wide brushed cable gland?
If you have a fair number of cables at your work – or hobby space, they can sometimes cause irritation. With this cable gland, you guide all your cables together downwards. The brush seal ensures that your cords remain dust-free and in place. So, cables won't just disappear under the table.
Do you want to route even more cables? You can optionally remove the brush insert to create extra space.
This cable gland is available in a diameter of 60 mm and a diameter of 80 mm. The diameters indicate the size of the opening through which your cables pass. The cable gland is available in the colours black, white, silver grey (RAL 9006), glossy chrome, matt chrome and stainless steel look. The material used for this cable gland is zamak, an alloy of magnesium, zinc, copper, and aluminium.
What makes a cable gland so good?
Many people quickly accumulate a considerable collection of cables. Think, for example, of cables for your computer, TV, printers, tablets, smartphones, and sound systems. With a cable gland, you ensure that all these cords don't get in your way. By routing your cables away, you create order and safety.
