Each leg has its own motor. So there are 3 in total.
"Is it better if I don't sit at all anymore?"
We absolutely do not recommend that. Prolonged standing can also cause aches and pains, such as stiff legs and a stiff back. With a sit/stand desk, you can perfectly combine both worlds.
"How long can I sit continuously?"
Most studies show that complaints start to arise after sitting for 2 hours or longer continuously. So try to stick to that timeframe for a healthy workplace.
"Is the price inclusive of assembly?"
