Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 - 1x 230V + USB-A/C & wireless charging black

An ode to the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0

Put it down, it charges

Phone on, phone charges. Phone off, phone stops charging. That is how simple the charging pad on top of the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 works. (Forgetting your phone is still up to you.)

Why the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0?

Power and charging on the edge of your desk

The Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 is a desk power unit with a Type F socket with side earthing and a USB-A and USB-C port and a wireless charging pad on top. You clamp it to the edge of your desktop, so there is no need to drill or cut. That puts power right where you work.

Flat or tilted towards you

The Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 can sit flat on the desktop or tilted towards you. Tilted, you see the ports better and plugging in is easier. Flat, it looks calmer and you can use the charging pad on top.

Fast charging via USB-C

The USB-C port of the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 charges at up to 30 W, the USB-A port at up to 18 W. You charge your phone or tablet quickly, without a separate adapter in the socket. That keeps the socket free for your laptop or monitor.

Wireless charging on top

On top of the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 there is a wireless charging pad. Put your phone on it and it charges, no cable needed. Use the pad when the Desk Up 3.0 sits flat, so your phone stays in place. Your phone has to support wireless charging.

How to use

The connection cable

The Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 has a 1 metre cable with a 3-pole connector. You connect a cable with a plug to it, which you order at the top of this page in 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 metres. If you already have a suitable connection cable with a 3-pole connector, choose "None".

Fixing it with the clamp

You place the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 on the back edge of your desk. You slide the clamp under the desktop against the edge and tighten it. The clamp fits desktops from 15 to 45 mm thick.

Ergonomic benefits

A desk power unit does not change your posture, but the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 does save you bending down and searching under your desk for a free socket. You plug in your laptop charger or phone cable from your chair. On a shared hot desk, that is simply more pleasant.

Good to know

Measure before you order

Check that your desktop is between 15 and 45 mm thick and that you can reach the back edge. If your desk stands against the wall, you need space behind the desktop for the clamp and the cable. The Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 itself measures 147.6 x 109.8 x 78 mm.

Pros and cons

• Socket on the edge of your desk
• Clamping instead of drilling
• USB-C up to 30 W and USB-A up to 18 W
• Wireless charging on top
• Can sit flat or tilted
• Less ideal if your desk stands tight against the wall
• Less ideal if you want to charge your laptop via USB-C

In short: the Fellowes Desk Up 3.0 is a power unit with a clamp for the edge of your desk. Important: desktop thickness from 15 to 45 mm, you choose the connection cable yourself.
