This is high-visibility workwear for hot conditions. The T-shirt is ISO 20471 Class 2 certified and designed for professionals who work outdoors or in the field and want to be clearly seen.

Cooling with water

The way it works is simple. You activate the T-shirt with water and it cools through evaporation. The inner layer consists of INUTEQ-H2O cooling fabric, which retains water and releases it gradually. This makes the T-shirt feel cool whilst you work.

Activation in 3 steps

Submerge the T-shirt in water for up to 2 minutes. Then gently squeeze it out so that it is no longer dripping. Put it on and you’ll feel the cooling effect straight away.

How long does it stay cool?

The cooling effect lasts between 2 and 8 hours per activation. This depends on temperature, airflow and humidity. Once the effect has worn off, simply reactivate the T-shirt with water.

When does it work best?

Evaporative cooling thrives on airflow and works best at low to medium humidity levels. Think of working outdoors, in well-ventilated areas or in places with some ventilation. At high humidity, the water evaporates more slowly and the cooling effect is less pronounced.

Health and safety

The Bodycool High-Vis H2O T-shirt cools through the evaporation of water. The outer fabric is made of polyester, the inner layer contains the INUTEQ-H2O cooling fabric with antibacterial properties, and the lining has a PU coating.

According to Inuteq, the materials used are non-toxic. Under normal use and in direct contact with the skin, there are no known risks. All Inuteq products comply with the European REACH Regulation (1907/2006/EC).

Wash before first use

Planning to wear this over light-coloured clothing? Give it a single wash before you use it for the first time. New textiles can release a little excess dye the first time they get wet. That is normal for coloured fabrics. An initial wash rinses out the loose dye, so your clothing stays clean.
