Cleaning

A cushion can get a bit dirty over time. Fortunately, you can easily clean the Qomfy heated cushion. You can remove the cover from the cushion and wash it in the washing machine. Do not set the washing machine higher than 30 degrees, preferably use a laundry bag, and turn the cover inside out to protect the fabric. Do not use bleach, do not tumble dry, and avoid ironing.

The cushion is wireless thanks to the rechargeable power bank. This is supplied as standard with the cushion. The Qnuss power bank is protected against overheating. Use of another power bank is at your own risk, and no warranty will be granted if the cushion becomes defective as a result.
