The Vluv sitting balls encourage an upright and active sitting posture. This stimulates blood circulation and trains the back, pelvic and neck muscles. It is recommended to use the sitting ball for a maximum of three hours per day. So switch regularly with your desk chair.
Thanks to the double-stitched seams, the sitting ball is suitable for daily use. A subtle ring on the underside prevents it from rolling away (too) easily, and a handle on the side makes moving the sitting ball easier.
Sitting for long periods can make you drowsy, which has a negative effect on your concentration and productivity. A sitting ball keeps you active because its mobility stimulates your muscles and promotes blood circulation. You can inflate the ball yourself with the included pump. Nozzles are also included, so you can use a bicycle pump or compressor to inflate the sitting ball. The very strong, seamless PVC inner ball is protected by a YKK zip.
The outer cover of the ball is made of 100% polyester, which is very sturdy yet feels soft to the touch. You can wash it at a maximum of 30ºC. The attractive finish and stylish look also make the sitting ball suitable for the living room. The maximum load capacity is 150 kg.
