Warm mats, dry jokes
How lovely, a mat like that under your desk. What a wonderfully warm radiance! Ha, get it? "Warm radiance", because the mat radiates warmt... Oh, never mind.
The Warme Mat foot mat is available in 5 sizes, namely 40x60, 50x90, 60x70, 40x110 and 60x110 cm.
You simply connect it by plugging it into the socket (only suitable for 230 volts!). The cord has a length of 2 metres and features a button to switch the mat on and off. You can also choose a dimmer/heat regulator so you can set the desired warmth yourself. PLEASE NOTE: the dimmer is only useful with the 40-degree version of the mat.
With the warm foot mat, you'll never suffer from cold feet again. In addition, the infrared heating has a relieving effect on muscle and joint pain.
Currently, September 2022, energy prices are skyrocketing. It's not surprising then if you wonder what it costs to switch on a heated mat. In this document, we have created an overview of the costs per hour and per working day. We have calculated here with a rate of €0.875 per kWh. Should you wish to calculate with a different rate, please use the formula at the bottom of the document.
The mat is made of synthetic, fire-retardant material. Ensure the power cord does not kink and unroll it properly when in use. The mat is not foldable or rollable.
"Do I need to take off my shoes to use the mat?"
To properly absorb the warmth, it is necessary. Furthermore, thanks to its dirt-repellent material, you can simply leave the mat in place when not using the heating function.
"Does the mat get very warm?"
No, the mat gets warm but not hot.
