The 952 Pro can be steplessly adjusted in height between 80 and 300 mm. You press the large yellow button with your foot and then slowly reduce pressure on the support to allow the platform to move up gently. Or you increase the pressure to push it down. The platform locks into place when the yellow button is released.
In addition to height adjustment, the platform can be tilted at any height from the neutral horizontal to a fully vertical position. Furthermore, the footrest features anti-slip grooves to prevent you from sliding off.
A footrest is recommended if, when sitting with your feet flat on the floor, you don't have a right angle between your lower and upper legs. A footrest provides height from the floor, thus restoring a natural sitting posture and preventing discomfort.
Optimal ergonomic working never comes down to the (correct) use of just one product. Therefore, experiment not only with the different heights of the footrest but also the height of your chair and, if possible, your desk. It is the combination of the three that will optimise your sitting posture.
