The Glovii heated hand warmer is a muff you slide your hands into from both sides. You keep your hands together, so the warmth does not escape at the sides. The soft, furry outside already feels pleasant before you switch the heating on.
On your own power bank
The hand warmer runs on a power bank with a 5 V, 2 A USB output, which you tuck into the pocket. That power bank is not included: you use one you already own. Inside the hand warmer is a 10 W carbon fibre heating wire that spreads the warmth evenly.
What makes the heated hand warmer so good?
Between bouts of typing
In a cool study your fingers sometimes stiffen with the cold. Typing then feels less comfortable. Put your hands in the heated hand warmer for a few minutes and then carry on. On the sofa, in the stands or on a walk it works just the same.

With the button on the outside you choose between 100%, 66% and 33% of the power. After 45 minutes the hand warmer switches itself off. That way it never stays on by accident when you put it in your bag.
