Glovii Heated gloves universal - orange

An ode to the orange Glovii heated gloves

Orange is the new black

Everybody has black gloves. Not everybody has these. You fish them out of your backpack in one grab, and at dusk your hand stands out better. Every day can be a party in orange, at least for your hands.

Why the Glovii universal heated gloves in orange?

The same glove, in orange

The Glovii universal heated gloves in orange stand out. You find them quickly in a backpack, and at dusk your hand is more visible to drivers. Apart from that they are the same gloves as the black version, with the same 6 hours of heating and touchscreen fingers.

Prefer black? Then take a look at the universal heated gloves in black.

Thin and stretchy

The Glovii universal heated gloves are made of 95% polyester and 5% elastane. That makes them fit snugly around your fingers, so your hands stay free for a zip, a key or your camera. For wet weather or the slopes, Glovii makes a waterproof overmitt to go with them.

Warmth around every finger

The carbon fibre heating element runs around the whole hand and every finger, right to the tips. The 7 W element heats with infrared, evenly instead of in spots. That way even your fingertips feel the warmth of the Glovii universal heated gloves.

Three heat levels

The Glovii universal heated gloves have three heat levels. The higher the level, the shorter a fully charged 2100 mAh battery lasts:

Hold the button on the cuff for 2 seconds to switch the heating on or off. A short press switches between levels: red is the highest, blue the middle and green the lowest.

What makes the universal heated gloves so good?

With a heated glove you decide how much warmth you want. That lets the Glovii universal heated gloves stay thin, and thin means you can simply use your hands. If your hands get cold quickly, you notice it most when standing still: on the platform, along the pitch or on a terrace in March.

Choose the right size

The element runs over your fingers, so the glove needs to fit snugly. Measure your hand from the edge of your wrist to the tip of your middle finger and choose your size in the table at the top of this page.

Battery in your coat pocket

The battery sits in a closable pocket at the wrist. With the two included extension cables you move the batteries to your coat pocket. Handy if you wear a coat with tight sleeves.

Charging and storage

According to the manual a full charge takes 4 to 6 hours. An indicator on the glove shows how much charge the battery has left. If you put the Glovii universal heated gloves away after winter, fully charge the batteries at least every 6 months.

You shouldn't miss this either

Touchscreen

The thumb and index finger of the Glovii universal heated gloves contain conductive fibres. So you use your phone without taking the gloves off.

Washing at 40 degrees

The Glovii universal heated gloves can go in the washing machine at 40 degrees on a delicate programme. Remove the batteries first. Let them dry flat afterwards, without wringing, ironing or a tumble dryer.

2-year warranty

The Glovii universal heated gloves come with a 2-year warranty, counted from the date of purchase. Mechanical damage is not covered by the warranty.
